The next Mother and Baby Series offered by The Birthplace at Sonoma Valley Hospital is scheduled to begin Monday, February 5. It provides new mothers with a broad overview on what to expect in the first weeks and months after birth, covering such topics as breast and bottle feeding, newborn care, relationship changes and mom care. There also will be discussions on safety issues such as car seats, carriers, and crib bumpers.
Four weekly sessions will be held on Mondays beginning February 5 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, through February 26. Cost is $80. To register or for more information, call 707.935.5084.
